With these projects, we define specific targets and the connected strategic alternatives, that have to be realized in a concrete as effective plan of growth. The consultancy, addressed to the Top Management, presents a particular approach, since it is usually of medium or long term: the more one goes up in the company hierarchy, further one has to sight, seeking for results that have a global significance to support the whole organization. The method used is of suggestion and of checking for the Top Management, that finds in the consultant an objective corroboration, as he is not conditioned by the manifold dynamics that involve the company.  

Organizational Consultancy

Temporary Management

Asset Work, through its Expertise Division, provides a highly qualified support addressed to the integrated management, as a partial or total substitute for both the top management (i.e. the general administrative management, the plant management, the commercial management, etc.) and the figures connected with the Operation area (sales, marketing, R&D, planning, production and logistic).
