What is a systemic network?

- A complete cover of the territory and of the competences, to reduce the disadvantages of getting in touch with persons who have different cultures and values.
- Subjects who maintain their independence and consequently they guarantee high flexibility and autonomy, even if benefiting from the membership of a big "team".
- A model of common service, fruit of dozen Italian experiences, not to mention the about a hundred in the world.
The Methodologies
The model proposed by Asset Work is fruit of the synthesis of the Walter Edwards Deming’s Theories, of the TOC (Theory of Constraints) of Eli Goldratt and of the System Thinking™ of Peter Senge.
Asset Work is a young company, but it boasts – thanks to the four partner’s curriculum and to the network of consultants that collaborate with us – the highest number of years/man of experience in the TOC application in Italy and in the adaptation of its principles to our Country reality.
For our way of thinking, the watchword to remain competitive is "To run a business as a system".
The globalization has brought out, and there isn’t possibility of doubt any more, that every company operates inside a system. A system is a set of relationships of cause and effect whose effective management determines the final result of the organization. Therefore, first of all, to run a business as a system means to understand what are the interconnections like inside of which we can find the company: both one’s own and the ones of the market.
Asset Work offers a methodological approach that accelerates the attainment of this goal and, somehow, makes evident, logical and natural ways that were never been used nor imagined.
The Asset Work’s consultants lead and support the Client in this way, adopting a pragmatic and concrete approach and fostering an active and positive involvement of the resources of the organization.
In this way, it becomes possible to orientate the organization toward the performance improvement of the whole system where it operates and to develop the internal competences.
